WBD workmanship
Covered construction items include deck-board and fastener issues, railing connections, ledger and joist connection failures, loose trim or fascia, and stair failures caused by workmanship.
Manufacturer claims
Material defects follow the applicable product manufacturer warranty. WBD handles covered manufacturer claims for composite decking, railing, and vinyl decking.
Written limits
Normal wear and weathering, misuse, neglect, alterations by others, extraordinary events, routine maintenance, seasonal adjustments, and normal material movement are excluded.

WBD covers its construction workmanship under the written contract. Product defects follow the exact manufacturer terms for the specified product, and natural wood does not carry a WBD material warranty for twisting, cracking, splitting, bowing, or crowning unless the issue is caused by installation.
